Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing or using Being SPPPFFy™, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Being SPPPFFy™. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Corporate accounts require an authorized representative.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Use of the Platform
Permitted use
Being SPPPFFy™ is provided for personal wellness, self-improvement, and life management purposes. You may use the platform for lawful purposes only.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the platform to harm others, distribute harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, reverse-engineer the AI, or violate any applicable laws.
Your content
Journal entries, voice notes, and other content you create remain yours. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide our services to you.
Not medical advice
Being SPPPFFy™ is a wellness platform, not a medical service. Our AI Coach does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always consult qualified professionals for medical concerns.
Subscriptions & Payments
Free plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost with limited features. We reserve the right to modify free plan features with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions
Premium, Family, and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually. All prices are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to applicable taxes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Premium and Family subscribers. Enterprise refunds are governed by your contract terms.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Wellness, not medical
Being SPPPFFy™ is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. Use it as a complement to, not replacement for, professional services.
No guarantees
While we work hard to provide accurate, helpful AI recommendations, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from using the platform. Results vary by individual.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from service outages or technical issues.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Being SPPPFFy™'s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Intellectual Property
Our IP
The Being SPPPFFy™ platform, AI systems, branding, design, and content are owned by Being SPPPFFy™ and protected by intellectual property laws worldwide.
Your IP
You retain full ownership of any content you create on the platform (journals, notes, vision boards). We claim no ownership over your personal content.
Feedback
If you submit suggestions or feedback about the platform, you grant us the right to use this feedback to improve our services without compensation.
Changes & Termination
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Being SPPPFFy™ is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
